Booking Confirmation and Invoice
When you book with us, you'll receive a booking confirmation by email with all the details of the transfers for you to check including our meeting points for arriving flights. You'll also receive an invoice with details on how and when to pay.
Text Message
You'll receive a text message the evening before your airport transfer re-confirming the booking with the drivers name, vehicle and contact details. You will also receive another text message on the day of travel when the driver has arrived.

FAQ's
1. Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
For most airports and terminals, your chauffeur will meet you inside the arrivals hall and assist with your luggage. For Liverpool, Leeds Bradford and Manchester Airport Terminal 2, we use the airport Express Pick-Up Zones. The details will be on your booking confirmation.
2. What happens if my flight is delayed?
Flight delays are of course beyond our and your control, but we constantly monitor schedules via the airport website and plan our own schedules to give a reasonable degree of flexibility. However, we do reserve the right to subcontract any work that we are not able to fulfil. In the case of extreme delays (over 2 hours) and the unlikely event that either we or our subcontractors cannot reschedule, we will make every effort to contact you so you can arrange alternative transport. This very rarely happens.
3. Are airport drop off fees included?
Yes they are. All our prices include both the drop off and pick up charges as well as any toll charges if travelling to Heathrow, Birmingham or Gatwick Airports.
4. Do you monitor incoming flights?
Yes we do. We use both the airports website and an app called Flightradar 24 to monitor flights.
5. Can I book a return journey?
Yes you can. You can book it at the same time as your outbound journey.
6. How much luggage fits in the Audi A8?
The Audi A8 will carry 2 medium sized check in cases in the boot along with 2 pieces of hand luggage. We don't allow luggage on the seats inside the car.
7. Do you cover Manchester Airport?
Yes we do. Manchester Airport is our nearest airport and we go there on a regular basis for both dropping off and picking up passengers.
8. Do you travel to Heathrow Airport?
Yes we do. We can take you and pick you up from any mainland UK airport including Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
