Excellent proactive service. We'd booked Daniel to drop and pick up at Piccadilly station over Christmas and, given the weather conditions, there were lots of challenges with changed times, assistance failing to pick up etc etc. Daniel, was proactive on checking what was happening to the trains and being patient with all the delays.
