At Williams Chauffeur Services we like to put our clients minds at ease when it comes to airport transfers so we like to keep in touch and have the following process in place. As always, if you need to contact us between booking and travelling, please do so.Â
When you book with us, you'll receive a booking confirmation by email with all the details of the transfers for you to check including our meeting points for arriving flights. You'll also receive an invoice with details on how and when to pay.
You'll also receive a text message the evening before your airport transfer re-confirming the booking with the drivers name, vehicle and contact details. You will also receive another text message on the day of travel when the driver has arrived.
