For pick up / drop off locations, if you enter a full, Google-recognised address—including house number and postcode—this will ensure an accurate quote. There are some pre-loaded popular locations to choose from in the drop down boxes.
About our online booking system
- Prices are calculated using the distance between the two points using Google Maps which then links into our pricing system.
- If the system gives a price of P.O.A. Please contact us as the system is unable to produce a quote.
- Standard bookings can be made for travel between 06:00am and Midnight 7 days a week. Please contact us for long distance journeys that require a collection time before 6am.
- If your travel is within 48 hours, please contact us as the system can't give a price within this time period.
- Once you submit a booking, we will be able to review it and check availability.
- Return journeys can be made once the passenger details have been entered.
- Daily Hire, Wait and Return and Bespoke Bookings are not currently supported on this system. Please contact us for these types of bookings.
- If the date is blanked out, this means we have no availability for that day.
- Fuel Surcharge - Due to the high fuel prices, we have had to increase our prices slightly which is included in the price you get quoted
