Keeping in touch every step of the way
At Williams Chauffeur Services we like to put our clients' minds at ease when it comes to airport transfers so we like to keep in touch and have the following process in place. As always, if you need to contact us between booking and travelling, please do so.Â
When you book with us, you'll receive a booking confirmation by email with all the details of the transfers for you to check including our meeting points for arriving flights. You'll also receive an invoice with details on how and when to pay.
You'll also receive a text message the evening before your airport transfer re-confirming the booking with the drivers name, vehicle and contact details. You will also receive another text message on the day of travel when the driver has arrived.

Manchester Airport Terminal 2
Drop Off

There are two drop areas at Manchester Airport T2. The upper level and lower level. The upper level can get heavily congested so we use the lower level which is quieter. Once we take your luggage out of the boot, your chauffeur will direct you to departures.
Pick Up
​
Your chauffeur will meet you inside the Terminal building with your name on a welcome board. For passengers arriving with check in luggage, they will arrive no more than 45 minutes after the flight has landed giving time for the plane to get to the gate and you to clear immigration and collect your luggage.
Manchester Airport Terminal 3
Drop Off

Your chauffeur will drop you off at the T3 departures and direct you into the departure area. Please note that during the upgrade to T3 there is a long walk from bag drop to the departure gates so please allow extra time when arranging a collection time.
Pick Up
​
Your chauffeur will meet you inside the Terminal building with your name on a welcome board. For passengers arriving with check in luggage, they will arrive no more than 45 minutes after the flight has landed giving time for the plane to get to the gate and you to clear immigration and collect your luggage.
