Manchester Airport Terminal 2 Chauffeur Collection – What You Need to Know

At Williams Chauffeur Services, we want your arrival at Manchester Airport to be as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

Following changes to our collection arrangements at Terminal 2, we now meet our passengers personally inside the terminal building rather than using the Express Pick-Up Zone.

Why Have We Changed Our Collection Arrangements?

With increasing numbers of vehicles and passengers using the Express Pick-Up area, we felt that a more personal and organised approach would provide a safer, more comfortable experience for our customers.

By meeting you inside the terminal, we can assist with your luggage and escort you directly to your waiting chauffeur-driven vehicle.

When Should I Contact My Chauffeur?

Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to leave baggage reclaim, please telephone your chauffeur.

If you're travelling with hand luggage only, please contact your chauffeur after clearing passport control.

Your chauffeur will then confirm where to meet inside the arrivals hall.

How Will I Receive My Chauffeur's Details?

At approximately 7pm on the evening before your journey, the lead passenger will receive a secure text message from WCS EXEC containing their booking and chauffeur details.

You'll have your chauffeur's contact number should you need assistance.

A More Personal Airport Collection

Whether you're returning from a family holiday or arriving from a business trip, our aim is to make the final part of your journey relaxed and straightforward.

Your chauffeur will meet you inside Terminal 2, assist with your luggage where required and escort you to your waiting Audi A8.
