Where Will My Chauffeur Collect Me?

We collect passengers from the Express Pick-Up Zone, located on the ground floor of the Terminal 2 West Multi-Storey Car Park (P3).

Using the Express Pick-Up Zone allows us to avoid unnecessary delays and ensures you can begin your journey quickly and comfortably.

When Should I Contact My Chauffeur?

Timing is important to make your collection as smooth as possible.

• If you have checked luggage: Please contact your chauffeur once you have collected your bags and are leaving baggage reclaim.

• If you only have hand luggage: Contact your chauffeur once you have cleared passport control.

Your chauffeur is normally waiting around 10 minutes from the airport and will head to the Express Pick-Up Zone as soon as you let them know you're ready.

How Will I Receive My Chauffeur's Details?

At approximately 7:00 pm (UK time) on the evening before your booking, the lead passenger will receive an automated text message from WCS EXEC.

This secure message contains:

• Your chauffeur's name

• Contact telephone number

• Vehicle details

Once your chauffeur has parked in the Express Pick-Up Zone, they will contact you with their exact parking bay number.

How Do I Find the Express Pick-Up Zone (International Arrivals)?

Finding your chauffeur is straightforward.

As you enter the arrivals hall:

1. You'll see Starbucks directly ahead.

2. Turn left.

3. Continue through the terminal, passing KFC on your left.

4. Exit through the terminal doors.

5. The Terminal 2 West Multi-Storey Car Park (P3) will be directly in front of you.

6. Your chauffeur will direct you to the correct parking bay within the Express Pick-Up Zone.

How Do I Find the Express Pick-Up Zone (Domestic Arrivals)?

Finding your chauffeur is straightforward.

As you enter the arrivals hall:

1. Turn Left

2. Pass Costa Coffee then Starbucks on your right

3. Continue through the terminal, passing KFC on your left.

4. Exit through the terminal doors.

5. The Terminal 2 West Multi-Storey Car Park (P3) will be directly in front of you.

6. Your chauffeur will direct you to the correct parking bay within the Express Pick-Up Zone.

Why Should I Wait Until I'm Ready Before Calling?

Manchester Airport operates a strict 15-minute maximum stay in the Express Pick-Up Zone.

This time includes:

• Entering the car park

• Finding a parking bay

• Meeting passengers

• Loading luggage

• Leaving the car park

To avoid unnecessary waiting charges and to ensure your collection runs smoothly, please contact your chauffeur only when you're completely ready to leave the terminal.

If you plan to visit the shops, purchase refreshments or use the facilities after collecting your luggage, simply wait until you've finished before calling your driver.
