Collection area: Express Pick-Up Zone (situated on the ground level of the Multi-Storey Car Park)

What Should I Do When I Land?

Once your flight has landed, make your way through passport control and baggage reclaim as normal.
If you have checked luggage, please contact your chauffeur once you have collected your bags and are leaving the baggage reclaim area.
If you have hand luggage only, please contact your chauffeur once you have cleared passport control.
Please don't contact your chauffeur before you are ready to leave the terminal.
Your chauffeur will normally be waiting around 10 minutes from the airport and will make their way to the collection point once you confirm that you're ready.

Direction to T2 West Car Park (Express Pick up Area)

International Arrivals

Finding the Pick-Up Zone from International Arrivals

If you're arriving on an international flight, follow these simple directions:

1. Enter the arrivals hall.

2. You'll see Starbucks directly ahead.

3. Turn left.

4. Continue through the terminal, passing KFC on your left.

5. Exit through the terminal doors.

6. The Terminal 2 West Multi-Storey Car Park (P3) will be directly in front of you.

7. Your chauffeur will direct you to the correct parking bay.

Finding the Pick-Up Zone from Domestic Arrivals

If you're arriving on a domestic flight, follow these directions:

1. Enter the arrivals hall.

2. Turn left.

3. Pass Costa Coffee, followed by Starbucks, on your right.

4. Continue through the terminal, passing KFC on your left.

5. Exit through the terminal doors.

6. The Terminal 2 West Multi-Storey Car Park (P3) will be directly in front of you.

7. Your chauffeur will direct you to the correct parking bay.

Domestic Arrivals

Please Wait Until You're Ready

Manchester Airport operates a strict 15-minute maximum stay in the Express Pick-Up Zone.

This time includes:

Entering the car park
Finding a parking bay
Meeting your chauffeur
Loading your luggage
Leaving the car park

For this reason, please only contact your chauffeur once you're completely ready to leave the terminal.

If you want to visit the shops, buy refreshments or use the facilities after collecting your luggage, that's absolutely fine.

Simply finish what you need to do before contacting your chauffeur.

How you'll receive your driver's details

Your Chauffeur's Details

At approximately 7:00 pm UK time on the evening before your booking, the lead passenger will receive an automated text message from WCS EXEC with a secure link to your booking.

The link will provide:

Your chauffeur's name
Your chauffeur's telephone number
Vehicle details

Once your chauffeur has entered the Express Pick-Up Zone and parked, they will contact you with the exact parking bay number.

This means you don't need to search around the car park trying to find your vehicle.
