The health and safety of our passengers and drivers is our top priority. As questions and concerns arise as a result of COVID-19 (commonly referred to as Coronavirus), our company has taken a number of precautionary measures to provide a high level of protection for our customers and staff.
Vehicle Hygiene Procedure
As well as vehicles being daily valeted, vehicle interiors are being disinfected with exterior door handles, interior door handles, panels, arm rests and all front and rear controls wiped down before each booking.
Driver Hygiene Procedure
Before and after each booking, the driver will clean their hands using antimicrobial hand wipes.
Individually wrapped Antimicrobial hand wipes can be found in the rear centre armrests for customer use. We will ask you to use these when entering the vehicle. Disposable bags are also in the vehicles to place them in once used.
Should you wish to wear them, a pair of disposable gloves are available for your own piece of mind.
We supply facemasks for clients and drivers. As in our vehicles the social distancing is less than 2 meters, we will ask you to wear a mask.
Our drivers are equipped with infrared electronic thermometers. Before you enter the car, we will check both clients and drivers temperature.
You may notice some changes to your regular service as a result of these precautions, such as:
The removal of all printed and reading materials from the seat-back pockets.
The removal of bottled water and mints for the journey.
Your driver will no longer carry luggage.
While we cannot guarantee to stop the spread of COVID-19, We hope you will understand we are taking all the precautions we can to ensure your safe transport with us.
