Covid-19 Policy

The health and safety of our passengers and drivers is our top priority. As questions and concerns arise as a result of COVID-19 (commonly referred to as Coronavirus), our company has taken a number of precautionary measures to provide a high level of protection for our customers and staff.

Acquiring the Industry Standard mark means that our business has followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, has a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

Hand Sanitiser

Hand sanitiser bottles are fitted to all our cars. We will ask all passengers to use this as they enter one of our cars.

Driver Hygiene

Before and after each booking, the driver will clean their hands using hand sanitiser and will be wearing a face covering.

Vehicle Hygiene

As well as vehicles being daily valeted, vehicle interiors are being disinfected including interior door handles, panels, arm rests, seats, seat belts and rear controls before and after each booking.

Face Coverings

Whilst face coverings are no longer required by law, we recommend that you wear one (unless exempt) for both your and your drivers protection.

Changes to our Service

You may notice some changes to your regular service as a result of these precautions, such as:

The removal of all printed and reading materials from the seat-back pockets.

The removal of bottled water and mints for the journey.

Your driver will no longer carry luggage unless requested.

The panoramic sunroof will be tilted to allow air flow within the cabin with the air con turned on.

While we cannot guarantee to stop the spread of COVID-19, We hope you will understand we are taking all the precautions we can to ensure your safe transport with us.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please don't travel with us. 
We will refuse travel to clients showing symptoms or refuse to wear a face covering (unless exempt).
