Law
The Terms and Conditions below and the agreement between Williams Chauffeur Services and the Customer are governed by English Law.

Alteration
Minor itinerary adjustments are free of charge. The company at its own discretion will determine the nature of any adjustments and alter the charges accordingly.

Waiting Time
The first 10 minutes of waiting time are automatically included in our charges, thereafter we charge waiting time by 15 minutes increments at the rate published in our Tariff.

Hire Price
We guarantee the cost of vehicle hire providing that the original itinerary at the time of booking hasn't been altered.

Our obligations to you

   We shall supply all the services specified in the Confirmation of Booking sent to you.

We accept responsibility for our employees' actions while on duty.

Insurance
We are insured for passenger travel. This insurance is for public liability and doesn't constitute a travel or baggage insurance.

We don't accept responsibilities for

Delays caused by adverse weather conditions, accidents and traffic congestion

Any theft or damage to properties of the signatory of the contract or any other person travelling within the contract, except where such theft or damage is caused by a direct action of Williams Chauffeur Services  employees 

Any delays caused by strike action. Acts of God or conflict or war or Force Majeure.

Disorderly Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone deemed to be a nuisance or danger to our passengers or employees. We may seek the help of the police to remove any offenders from our vehicles and will not pay compensation or refund in such circumstances.

Smoking
We strictly observe a non-smoking policy in all our cars. No variations to this order can be made by law.

Complaints
If for some reason you are unhappy with the service, you should, in the first instance, relay your concerns immediately to the driver, who will try to rectify the issue on the spot.
If the matter hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction, please e-mail us at info@williamschauffeurs.co.uk providing the driver's details, date and time of the incident  - We usually solve most issues amicably. 

Use of Vehicles
Williams Chauffeur Services
make every effort to supply top quality vehicles. However, should such vehicles are not available, we reserve the right to provide a similar alternative vehicle - this hire shall be known as sub-contract or sub-hire.  

Airport Transfers

We will endeavour to make your transfer a smooth as possible with up to date information from the airport via internet and sms text message services for arrival times. However, we cannot be held responsible for flight delays, luggage collection or immigration issues. We allocate a reasonable time in our scheduling for these issues but reserve the right to sub-contract any work we are able to for fill. In extreme circumstances, if we are unable to for fill our obligations or sub-contract, a full refund of monies paid for that particular part of the journey will be given. We will contact you via mobile telephone of any changes to your booking if issues out of our control arise.

Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your booking the following charges will apply

Weddings - notice period is 3 weeks


Booking Deposit
To guarantee wedding and special events booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for orders of either multiple cars, or with a value of over £100.

Any breach of the above Terms and Conditions could result in termination of your hire agreement with Williams Chauffeur Services - we will not refund your costs or pay compensation in such event.
